Are there any service fees?
Yes we do. Why you ask? You expect top quality from your Travel Advisor and we expect to provide it to you. As most can agree, "Quality has a cost!" Hippie Dragon Travels wants to provide the highest quality with the best pricing.
Hippie Dragon Travels fees for the travel planning services are as follows:
This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and if applicable you will know prior to any charges.
Service Fee Structure
- For destination weddings of up to 50 guests I charge a professional planning fee of $300.00.
- For destination weddings for 50 to 75 guests, my fee is $500.00.
- For guests over 75, my professional planning fee is $750.00.
- For elopement wedding packages I charge a planning fee of $150.00
The planning fee is non-refundable.
Planning a destination wedding requires extensive work, research, and attention to all of the details. I make sure that your specific destination, the property or venue chosen, and any additional wedding amenities that you have requested are exactly what you want.
My services are all inclusive; this includes air to your destination, accommodations for you and all guests, round trip airport transportation for everyone at your destination, and arranging any additional activities that you would like planned.
